NW Provider’s efforts in advocating
clinical care, research and education
are all targeted toward accomplishing a
singular mission – to improve the health
of the public. We have been partnering
with community physicians practicing
throughout the Pacific Northwest -
Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana,
Wyoming and Alaska - for more than 10
years to do just that!
Many community physicians throughout
this vast six-state region volunteer as
clinical faculty and provide outstanding
community-based training experiences for
medical students, many of whom return to
those communities to practice.
They assist the region’s community
physicians by providing consultations
and becoming a valued team member on
cases involving patients with complex
medical conditions. When necessary,
physicians may transfer patients to one
of our region’s world-class hospitals –
Harborview Medical Center, UW Medical
Center, Northwest Hospital & Medical
Center, Valley Medical Center, and most
recently, St. Luke’s Health System and
its partners across Idaho.
This year, we are continuing to go green
with our NW Providers Clinical Referral
Directory. You received this directory
online, in email, through various social
media outlets and search engine results,
or in a USB format that will
provide you with the most up-to-date
information related to our faculty.
Electively, this publication is also
still available in a print-on-demand
format. And, of course, you can access
